Connection issues
The device doesn’t show up in the app
- Confirm the device is powered on and charged.
- Confirm Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Move closer to the device and retry.
- Toggle Bluetooth off/on and retry.
- Reboot the phone and retry.
Connection drops during use
- Keep the phone within a short distance of the device.
- Avoid putting the phone behind large metal surfaces while connected.
- If available, close other Bluetooth-heavy apps and retry.
Reporting issues
Photos won’t attach
- Confirm the app has camera permission.
- Confirm there is free storage on the device.
Exports won’t share
- Try exporting again after reconnecting.
- Confirm your device has an available share target (mail app, messaging app, etc.).
